Hey everyone! This is a new registration system.  There are no "Returning Users".  Please choose the "Register New User" option.

 

We have fun programming for everyone, our sensational Artisans' Alcove and Crafters' Corner, and more.  Not sure which type of ticket is right for you? Look at each registration level and see what amenities work best for your travels. Once you are registered you’ll have access to our Hotel room block when it becomes available. Be sure you flash your government photo ID to our Registration Staff when you come to claim your registration package.

 

COVID-19 measures

COVID may not be making the same headlines, but some people are still dying from it, or catching Long COVID.  For your sake, and the sake of all the other attendees, we still are implementing protective measures.

Vaccination Policy

Attendees to CanFURence conventions and events must be vaccinated to the minimum recommended level per the Public Health Agency of Canada. Proof of vaccination must be presented upon request.

Vaccine boosters are not required for admittance to the conference or event, but are strongly encouraged.

Vaccine policies are subject to change with little to no notice.

Mask Policy

All staff, attendees, and guests of CanFURence must continue to wear proper masks or face coverings when inside convention or event space.

Masks and face coverings are optional while in areas accessible by the general public, but it is recommended that everyone associated with CanFURence continue to protect themselves and others against the spread of transmissible disease.

Masks will NOT be provided at CanFURence conventions and events.

 

Why Pre-Register?

Our Registration booth will be at Furnal Equinox in the dealers den, and at other fantastic events. Come by, talk with us and get a glimpse of what we have in store.

If you cannot pre-register for accessibility reasons, please contact us at with your situation and we’ll work to find a solution together.

Also, The Discount Dragon is back with special offers! Such as: saving you up to $10 on a weekend pass and $5 on a day pass compared to at the door. Once we close the doors, the Discount Dragon will return to its slumber until next year, taking the Benefactors offer with them. They’re in limited supply, so once they’re gone, they’re gone

Payment

If you do want to join in the fun, we do have a few options for you. You can register online, paying with a credit card or debit card that supports online transactions - that’s our recommendation. There is another way to pay, and that is Interac E-Transfer (Canadians only) please contact us (select “registration” as the topic) and we will be delighted to assist you. You can also stop by the various events we’ll be at, register and pay using debit, Visa, MasterCard, or cash. We’re flexible that way. Remember that Discount Dragon will be extending that offer until the closing of Pre-registration.

Minors

If you’d like to bring a minor to CanFURence, please contact us. The Discount Dragon has a special price for attendees within certain age brackets. Those under the age of 17 and under as of the first day of the convention must have their parental consent papers in paw before arriving at the CanFURence Entrance Table. Minors will have a special badge showing their status. Attendees 15 and under must be accompanied by their parent, legal guardian or a chaperone designated by their parent/legal guardian.

Refund Policy.

If need be, while pre-registration is open, we will offer your choice of one of the following: a full refund of your registration; transfer your pre-registration from the current event to the next equivalent event; transfer your registration to someone else if you cannot attend. These options are not available once pre-registration closes or for on-site registration at the convention.
